These terms apply when you use https://ibeehomeworksolutions.com or any service provided by iBee Homework Solutions ("iBee", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy, refund policy, acceptable use policy and academic integrity policy, which form part of these terms.
1. Our services
iBee provides academic writing, editing and research support; tutoring and study planning for online courses; credit-transfer and degree planning; certification preparation; nursing study support; and related services. Each service is described on its page and in your order.
iBee is an advisory, tutoring and writing-support service. We are not a school, college, university, nursing school or certification body, and we do not award credit, degrees or certifications.
2. Who can use iBee
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
3. Orders and prices
- The price shown when you place an order is locked for that order, even if our prices change later.
- Some services are quoted individually. A quote is valid until you accept and pay it or cancel the request.
- Prices are in US dollars.
- We may decline or cancel an order that breaks these terms or our policies. If you have already paid, we will refund you under our refund policy.
4. Payment
- Payments are made through PayPal, using a PayPal account or a debit or credit card. We do not see or store card numbers.
- Work starts once payment is confirmed. Deadlines are counted from that moment.
- For orders of $500 or more you may pay a deposit of 50% first. The balance must be paid before the completed work can be downloaded.
- Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.
5. Deadlines and delivery
We aim to deliver by the deadline on your order. If we need more time we will tell you as early as possible. Our refund policy explains what happens if we deliver late without an agreed extension.
6. Revisions and completion
- After delivery you can approve the work or ask for a free revision within the revision period shown on your order, as long as the changes stay within your original instructions. New requirements are a new order.
- A revision has a new deadline, normally 48 hours.
- If you neither approve nor ask for a revision, the order completes automatically 14 days after delivery.
7. How you may use delivered work
When you have paid in full, you may use the work we deliver for your own learning and reference, in line with our academic integrity policy and the rules of your school or employer. You are responsible for how you use it. You may not resell it or publish it as a product.
8. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate instructions and upload only material you are allowed to share.
- Keep all communication with experts on the iBee platform. Do not share or ask for personal contact details.
- Never share your course, school or exam login with anyone, including us. We will never ask for it.
- Follow our acceptable use policy.
9. Experts
Our writers, editors, tutors and advisors are vetted by iBee. They do not see your name or contact details. Do not try to arrange work with an expert outside iBee.
10. Reviews
Reviews can be left only for completed orders. We may decline to publish a review that contains personal details, abuse or content unrelated to the order.
11. Credit transfer and planning information
Credit-transfer roadmaps and course plans are advice based on the information available to us and the date it was checked. The receiving institution always makes the final decision. Confirm with your school before enrolling or paying for a course.
12. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as grades, admissions, employment or exam outcomes, which depend on many factors outside our control.
13. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or our policies. You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support@iBeeHomeworkSolutions.com.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
