This policy applies to customers, experts and anyone else using https://ibeehomeworksolutions.com. Breaking it can lead to an order being cancelled or an account being suspended.
You may not
- Ask us, or any expert, to log into your course, school, exam or certification account, or share your login with us. We never ask for it.
- Ask anyone to take an exam, quiz or proctored test for you, or to complete graded coursework while posing as you. See our academic integrity policy.
- Share or ask for personal contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, social media or messaging accounts) in order messages, or try to arrange work outside iBee.
- Upload files that contain viruses or malware, that you have no right to share, or that contain other people's personal information without their permission.
- Harass, threaten or abuse our staff, experts or other users.
- Use stolen payment methods, or open disputes or chargebacks in bad faith.
- Try to access other people's accounts, orders or files, test the site's security, or overload it.
- Use iBee for anything illegal.
What we do
We may hold or remove messages and files, decline or cancel orders, and suspend accounts that break this policy. Where an order is cancelled, refunds follow our refund policy. We report illegal activity where the law requires us to.
