iBee exists to help you learn, plan and succeed. This policy explains how our services are meant to be used.
Writing, editing and research
- Papers and other written work we deliver are custom model work for your reference and study: to show how a topic can be researched, structured, argued and cited.
- You are responsible for following the rules of your school or employer. Many institutions do not allow you to submit work written by someone else as your own. Check your institution's policy and use our work accordingly, for example to guide your own writing, and cite sources properly.
- Editing and proofreading improve your own writing; they do not change who the author is.
Tutoring, online courses and certifications
- Our tutors explain concepts, build study plans, give feedback on your own work and help you practise.
- We never log into your course or exam accounts, take quizzes, tests or exams for you, or complete graded coursework while posing as you. We will never ask for your login.
- Every tutoring, course, certification and nursing request asks you to confirm you understand this.
Credit transfer and degree planning
Our roadmaps are planning advice. Your university always makes the final decision on transfer credit, so confirm before enrolling in any course.
Nursing support
iBee provides planning and study support. We are not a nursing school and do not grant credit or licensure.
When we say no
We decline or cancel requests that ask us to impersonate a student, sit an exam, or access an account. Refunds for cancelled orders follow our refund policy.
