Veronica arrives at the facility to conduct the annual security audit. She has worked with the facility over the course of the previous months to prepare it for the event. Upon her arrival, she is asked to wait in the front lobby area until Bob, her point of contact, can meet with her. One hour later Bob walks into the lobby apologizing for the delay. He explains that he must now go into a meeting that will last the remainder of the afternoon. He also apologizes by stating that they have been unable to collect the program material that was requested in previous e-mails and telephone calls to be ready upon her arrival. The audit was scheduled to take place between this afternoon and all of the next day.
